Cancellation
*Cancellation on the date of arrival
- Notice by noon: Cancellation charge is 50% of the rate.
- Notice in the afternoon or later: Cancellation charge is 100% of the rate.
*Cancellation for group (five persons or more)
- Notice one day before the date of arrival: Cancellation charge is 50% of the
rate.
*Cancellation for group (ten persons or more)
- Notice two days before the date of arrival: Cancellation charge is 25% of the
rate.
Terms and Conditions
*Rate for a child with meals and 'Futon' (Japanese-style bed)
- From the fourth to the sixth grade of elementary school: 80% of adult rate.
- From three years old to the third grade of elementary school: 60% of adult
rate.
*Rate for a child without meals, 'Futon'
- From three years old to sixth grade of elementary school: 1,500 yen.
- Under three years old: free.
